If you’re unable to care for your newborn, Texas law allows you to safely and anonymously surrender your baby—no questions asked. Babies 60 days or younger can be brought to a designated Safe Haven location, including hospitals, fire stations, and EMS stations. No prosecution. No judgment. Just safety and care.
